Mahesh Arangil is a certified CrossFit L1 Trainer and an ISSA certified Fitness Trainer. He has been involved with Health and Fitness for the last 10 years and has diverse experience in training a variety of people right from professional athletes to regular folks.
He specializes as a Sports Performance Coach and has trained several junior and professional athletes in various sports; Tennis, Pickleball, Football and CrossFit.
Prior to becoming a coach, Mahesh worked in the corporate world for several years before he decided to hang up his boots and chase his lifelong passion in fitness as a profession. Mahesh’s journey took him to the Health & Wellness industry, where he has also been part of 2 Health & Fitness Tech Startups.
Ever since he has been passionately involved in improving the health and fitness of people across the board. He is passionate about people’s mental and physical wellbeing and sees his coaching as part of the overall betterment of lifestyle and associated nutritional choices. This he believes is critical for anyone to be able to reach their full potential.
