Buddy program

Train with one of the Coaches with 2 or more of your buddies in a small group. The workouts and classes will be tailored to your goals and requirements as a group.

Workshops

Includes Yoga and Flow, Turkish Get Up, Basics of Olympic Weightlifting, and RFT Sequences.

If you are someone who would just like to use the SOHFIT HQ space to workout by yourself, we have got you covered. You will be able to use the studio and its equipment / facilities to either do your own workout
