Introduction to Animal Flow & Handstand (ONLINE)

This class focuses on building a strong athletic foundation through age-appropriate strength training, plyometrics, speed, and agility work, enhancing overall performance, along with Muay Thai skill-up sessions. Sessions are designed to improve coordination, movement quality, and power, while building confidence and resilience, helping teens become stronger, faster, and more capable in sport and everyday life.
Classes also run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7pm.

How much does a group class cost?
A trial class at the SOHFIT HQ is INR 1400 + GST. However, if you would like to get a better deal and be consistent with your workouts, you may avail one of the packages set out under Packages and Costs for each of the group classes.
How can I prepare for a SOHFIT group class at the SOHFIT HQ?
If it’s your first time, come 10 minutes early to our studio so you can get to know the place. If you’ve been here before, make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts. If you’re late, you won’t be able to join the class once it has begun. Apart from being on time, just come to class, and our Coaches will handle the rest!
What is a SOHFIT workout like?
At SOHFIT HQ, our group classes include exercises and variations that help you move better in your daily life, with focus on the fundamental movement patterns. The workouts are fun, challenging and entail a fusion of strength and endurance training with both weighted and bodyweighted options. In the studio, we use world class equipment like Dumbbells, Barbell, Kettlebells, Medballs and various other machine and accessory equipment. Go to our online services page if you’re working out at home – we have a bunch of options where you can train virtually.
How old should I be to attend a SOHFIT HQ group class?
If you want to join a group class (except Teens class) at the SOHFIT HQ, you need to be 16 years or older. If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian has to sign a waiver for you to participate and attend the classes.
Is it okay if I’m a beginner and/or not already in shape?
Of course! Whether you’re a beginner or not in the best shape, you’re welcome at our classes. Our Coaches are certified professionals and they’ll help you throughout the class with the necessary regressions and overall guidance. Our group classes can be adjusted to suit everyone, so you feel good and accomplished when you finish and slowly progress at your own pace.
Can I book a class outside of my active package?
You can only book a class that you have registered for on the SOHFIT App. But, if you would like to attend a class outside your active package, you can send an email to HQ@Sohfit.com with the DATE, TIME and CLASS NAME that you would like to attend and we will try to accommodate depending on the available slots and revert to you. However, such requests should be emailed at least 24 hours prior to the timing of the class you’re interested in attending.
Do you have lockers and showers at your studio?
Yes! We have both lockers and shower rooms available at our studio. Please keep your belongings safe and use the locker rooms as advised at the studio. We are not responsible for lost or missing personal items.
