Devika is a Hybrid Athlete, Coach, and Mother of three with a strong passion for strength training, endurance, kettlebell training, and youth athletic development. Having completed four HYROX races, including a Pro Women’s category race, she brings firsthand experience in endurance-based performance training and athletic conditioning into her coaching approach. Her coaching style combines performance-focused programming with an approachable, high-energy environment that helps clients build confidence, consistency, and resilience both inside and outside the gym.

Alongside coaching adults, Devika has also been actively involved in youth athlete development through her work with students at Dhirubhai Ambani International School (DAIS), focusing on movement quality, athletic foundations, strength, coordination, and long-term physical development for young athletes.

She believes training should empower individuals to build strong, capable, and resilient bodies while creating sustainable habits that support lifelong health and performance.
